The location was good, and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was dirty.

It was a decent enough place for a one night stay. Clean, which is important. But all of the vending machines were completely empty and I was thirsty. Also, there was never anyone readily available at the front desk, and the receptionist who arrived was less than friendly, although not rude. Also the toaster didn't work well and the orange juice tasted terrible. Wouldn't want to make it an extended stay

The front desk clerk was quite rude. He commented about my Drivers License picture not looking like my face. Saying the person in the ID pic was a lot younger than myself. He commented on why I was using a specific type of card, stating that he doesn’t usually see those cards being used there. The room smelled strongly of mildew. The curtains were torn and stained. The bathroom was dirty. When we asked for an extra pillow, he told us that they don’t do that. When my husband asked for a paper coffee cup at 5:00am, he was told that breakfast doesn’t start until 7:00 am. And they will put more cups out at that time. Even though there was fresh coffee available, just no more cups in the lobby area, and was advertised in the hotel details on both Expedia as well as their own website. The pool had an out of order sign on the door, “closed for painting”, even though their website and Expedia stated the pool would be open by July 19th. We checked in on July 25th.

The room was very large, and the king bed was comfortable!

The outside of the hotel is not appealing, and the room was not cleaned well. The bathroom had hair in it, and the floors were not clean. Also, the pool was closed for repairs.

Incorrect bed size, ( full size, not a Queen size). even thought it said that the pool would be fixed, it wasn’t. ( reason why we picked it the first place, kids were disappointed and so were we). Had to switch a room because of the condition of the room. Air conditioner started to leak. Glad I brought my own soap, because the soap you guys set out wasn’t enough for a Baby doll. There were no towels in the bathroom. Keys were messing up. ( had to keep on swiping them to get them to work). Overall, I probably wouldn’t go there again. The best thing about it was the guy in the kitchen, he was GREAT. Handled everything with a smile and patience. Also the location of the place was good.

The staff was friendly, it was pretty clean, the bed was comfortable.

The pool was closed. We didn't know this until after booking. The whole building is very outdated. It was clean but very worn out carpet, furniture, and just overall worn out.

We are still out at 9 with a 5 year old and will only be going back to sleep because we have no other choice for the night. Very very disappointed with the cleanliness. We have pictures of stains on the bed, hairs on the toilet and beds. Dirty finger prints everywhere and it smells horrible.

Afternoon employee did not really know the surrounding areas as I asked a question about grocery stores (was late, around 10:30) and there was a Walmart less than 1 mile away which would have been an option had he told me about it. Also asked him the 2nd night to turn on the lights in the breakfast area as we had a family game night but he stated he could not do it. Breakfast was also very poor and light on options. Hotel was very clean though.
