"Mold in the room. I will never stay here again."

The night auditor did a great job with helping me get into my room. He offered to help assist me with the issue that I had in my room, but the property just wasn't up to my standards.

There was mold in my room. I'm allergic to mold so I was in danger almost immediately when I walked into the room. My skin was itching and swelling about an hour into checking in.

"My family felt disgusted and unsafe and scared to sleep due to bugs and being able to see in room through the windows."

"O local é bom mas o problema com a van estragou a estadia!"

Estou acostumado a ficar neste local, porém tive um enorme problema desta ultima vez. Cheguei de viagem às 00:00 e liguei no local, pedi a van que é descrito na pagina do hotel de do booking, porém quando a van chegou o motorista não deixou entrar porque disse que eu atrapalhei ele perguntando se a can era do hotel e iniciou uma discussão com minha esposa, foi desagradável.

O serviço de Van NÃO funciona! Ou seja não deveria estar descrito na página do booking, além de esperar 1 hora o motorista muito mal educado e humorado causou o problema descrito acima.
