Comfort Inn Airport

It was clean and convenient location. The front desk was kind and efficient. Check in was seamless. I arrived later than planned and called ahead. They assured me that our reservation was secured.

I actually requested connecting rooms and I did not get it. It would have been easier to assist my daughter with her infant.

Excellent customer service from Brenda @ the front desk. Friendly, informative and overall a lovely person. All employees helpful. Very clean and welcoming.

The location and staff were great. The breakfast was good. Victoria was very helpful with a reservation issue we had which was that Booking.com had the property as pet friendly, but that really met only dogs at this property. We were traveling with a cat and one member of our party and the cat ended up at a different hotel. Except for the cat issue, the rest of the stay was very nice.

The receptionists were all very kind and helpful!

I didn’t care for the eggs and sausage every morning. It would have been nice to have a little more variety for breakfast.

The location was surrounded by plenty of restaurants and places to shop. The mall was close to the hotel.

The facilities are older and our rooms had ants.

Its location was very convenient.

The rooms could use refreshing - they’re starting to look dated.

Staff was friendly and helpful finding a restaurant!
