"Didn't provide shuttle service after 11 pm"

We booked this hotel because it is an Airport hotel with a free shuttle service. On the day of traveling, I called the hotel, and was told that they don't provide a shuttle service after 11 pm. Or flight, which was not delayed, arrive at 11 pm, so we had to take a taxi a pay additional $40. The only reason to book such a hotel is the shuttle service, especially if you arrive aklte. It was never mentioned on the website that they would not provide a shuttle service after 11 pm. So, if you want to get a free shuttle service after 11 pm, you better don't book this hotel

Clean close to food spots and gas stations

Paid parking when there was no parking space I paid 12 dollars to park on the curb. Need more parking spaces if they want people to pay 12 dollars.
