Room was fine

There was no indication when booking that I was expected to pay to park. I finally found it under Optional Amenities--as though paying is optional. It should be VERY OBVIOUS on the booking site, otherwise it is a bait and switch.

It was neat and clean . Staff was great

Kids hockey team there playing in hall Ways. Was annoying and loud. Food is pricey in little store . Restaurant food was good Rooms were clean and they did clean Our room each day.

Love the staff super friendly , rooms were clean, and super easy to get around :)

Public have access to the hotel lobby and bar area. Therefore there are a lot of people that are coming and going from the hotel that are not staying there. This location needs an update as the decor has been the same for 10 years. Manager and front desk staff Michelle were extremely rude and condescending. Renee at the bar was wonderful.

The staff including manager are very rude. i was in town for business then decided to stay over through the weekend. I had planned the trip months in advance. I have stayed at this Doubletree for over 10 years when in town. it was an awful experience. No one bothers to greet you upon entry or when you're leaving. Snarky and rude front desk staff including manager. You’re required to pay to park in the parking lot that years ago was free when staying at the hotel. It’s an additional 20.00 a night. They own the parking lot so why would guest be required to pay to park in their own parking lot, another way for them to make money. They do not have security onsite and allow the public to use the bar downstairs. Random people are walking throughtout the hotel as well as lobby that do not even have a room at the hotel. Not safe! We visited this same location about a month ago and they didn’t have any carts at the entry in order to bring luggage up. We hoped they would be different on this visit however that was not the case. When we arrived yet again no carts to assist with luggage. No staff member offered any assistance and we had to take a lobby chair and roll the items up to the room. I couldn’t get the chair back downstairs as the wheels were partially operating. The manager when I came back downstairs was horrible he stated I should get the chair back downstairs whatever way necessary. it was horrific being spoke to in such a way. The same decor they had 10 plus years ago. It's time for new management and upgrade to this location. Manager told me he was leaving and didn't have time to wait to speak to me or address any concerns. I will NEVER stay here again. Please don't waste your time with the airport Doubletree location. It's not worth it. Double room has small double mattresses that are uncomfortable and dated. Our bed sheets were ripped and torn as well as what should be the bed sheet were used for blankets. The room was clean however the a/c was so loud and made clanking noises when running and came on every 5 minutes no matter what temp you put on the thermostat. it was just a horrible experience. I have a back ache and feel frustrated from my stay. Michelle as well as the manager were so rude and snarky they both should be fired at minimum trained on what customers service means.
