AC was noisy and keep everyone up all night and room wasnt clean. Trying to get refunded

By looking at the hotel in the room that we were in, they have tried fixing over issues. White washing does not fix the problem. The grout on the bathroom floor was all broken up in pieces and was getting everywhere. They put a new shell over top of the old bathtub and it creeped so bad you thought you were going to fall through. They could have done much better job at vacuuming and cleaning. The curtains were even falling down. I understand that the kitchen was closed, but a very poor breakfast showing for a Radisson hotel. Bagels, instant oatmeal, and yogurt.

Came for ISU graduation ceremony - great location.

Prices are always hiked up during events, but we expected it and ok.

Nicely decorated, calm and restful atmosphere, good natural light in hallways.

Not a big selection on breakfast. Pool needed cleaning. Wet floors from kids not drying off before running down hallways. Tv could be upgraded to smart tvs. Only decaf coffee in rooms. Average hotel. Room was clean.

The property seemed to be clean and the staff was very friendly. If you like soft mattresses..you will not be disappointed!

There was one wash cloth and 2 towels in a room designed for 8 people. There is no hair dryer in the room. The plug outlet did not work next to the bed…even though we turned the switch on. There is no toothpaste available at the shop in the lobby. Couldn’t cancel without losing money.

There was no hot tub and the breakfast was expured yogurt, bagels, instint oatmeal packages, and gas station muffins. The pull out sofa had no bedding and they had none to offer or extra pillows for the pullout. The bathroom grout was very nasty and unprofessionally done and there was limited hot water.

Bed was worn out. The room was spacious. The shower squeaked like hell every time you moved. I’m sure the people below me were livid. The hotel in general is noisy. You can hear everything through the walls, ceilings etc. The rooms appear to be old. Definitely needs some attention.
