Hampton Inn Chelsea, Mi

It was just fine.

Neat and clean, great breakfast, friendly staff, adequate fitness center. Good value for your money. Convenient to I-94, restaurants and stores. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. I was in town for family reasons, spending multiple nights, and was never disappointed with their services.

Not bad at all for the price , just a quick stay , while passing through. Front desk staff were super nice , friendly and accommodating. Property was decent.

The desk clerk was so rude! I arrived late in the evening, about 10pm, and the entire parking lot was full. At check in, I asked where I could park and the whole situation was horrible. The guy was awful saying that I was being mean to him and parking wasnt that hard, "they had enough spaces for each room." When i asked him about alternatives since all the spaces were full, he said i was being mean and he cancelled my reservation. No other comments, just "I've cancelled your reservatuon, you need to leave."

The actual bed it self was clean n comfortable but that’s about it.

Room had bugs all over the window sill n floor. Food next to the bed. There was what looked to be like someone’s left over sperm on the bed skirt. Tables were dirty. Fridge was gross had something spilled all over the inside of the freezer part. The pool had dirt all over the bottom. The heater/ac unit needed to be cleaned too.

Nothing much to add, pretty terrible place. Better drive 5 miles down the road and get a decent place to stay for $10 more.
