For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The shower had mold that was concerning in room 317 in Goldsboro. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The warmer was broken so no breakfast sandwiches unless you could find help but that was slow.

"The bad and good"

"POOL HEATER BROKE!! Call before you stay!"

The Hotel seemed cleaned, the check-in counter hostess was amazing. I think her name was Georgia or Georgina, the spelling is probably wrong also, but none the less, she was awesome to speak with and very informative! Every questioned answered and with a wonderful genuine smile. My disappointment is this... I called ahead of time week before to make sure the "pool was open". the other person on the phone said it was and we could all go swimming. WELL, LET ME TELL YOU THE DANG THING WAS FRIGID!! My main reason was the indoor pool for my kids to play in, they could hardly stay in the pool no more than a minute or so!! YOU all really need to explain if something is broken or not.....I most definitely wouldn't have booked here knowing the pool heater was broken.!! If we werent so tired and hungry, i probably would have cancelled the stay at this one hotel until they got the pool fixed!!

Room was hyper humid and smelled of stinky socks. Stayed in that room one night. They gave us Febreze to see if things got better. It didn't. We moved rooms and although the next one was slightly less humid, the smell was the same. Air conditioning units must all be malfunctioning. Staff must know this is a known issue because they had lots of bottles of Febreze available. Most expensive hotel in Goldsboro.
