The pool was freezing. Heater was broken. Asked for sheets for the pullout sofa and was told they had no fitted sheets. They said we could get flat sheets but clerk said come get them yourself. Couldn’t get towels.

We stay at this hotel twice a year as we travel to and from Maine. Sadly, things are starting to deteriorate at this hotel. The window shade was broken, the shower had very low water pressure, mold on the wall near the pool, you need to hire a motivated maintenance supervisor and spend some money on repairs and upkeep!

Horrible experience. Door was open when we went to our room. Asked for a new room and after trying 2 other rooms 1 smelled of diarrhea the other a guest burned sage in and front desk wouldn’t clean it or change linens. We went back to initial room assignment. The door would not lock from the outside unless staff used a crow bar to lift and close it. Management was not available to speak to and all other hotels in area were booked or would have relocated. A room with a door that does not lock properly is absurdly inadequate. Side door to hotel was out of service and no working ice machines in the hotel

"Nice hotel in Goldsboro"

Extremely clean and well maintained property with welcoming staff, esp the front desk folks. The location is also very convenient.

Check in was efficient. Room was amazing, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Full sized, refrigerator, dishwater, mini kitchen. Quiet hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay. Easy to find, easy parking, great location near lots of restaurants.

Broken shower head, repair made but had to change rooms anyway for some unknown reason. Made my wife do it herself as i asked staff not to do anything until i returned from working. Next room had nonfunctional a/c, 80 degrees in room.
