"Excellent"

The rate I was quoted was the same and you were the only place that did that!! Breakfast was handy. Room and bed was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only oddity was the teeny tiny bathroom but still would stay when traveling again.

I liked booking.com, so my experience at the front counter was fast.

I didn't like being in room 111. I heard the ice machine, people going up and down all night. And, as a Disabled Veteran, I couldn't use the handicap parking right in front of our room. A truck was long and having a car so close, it defeats having a handicap sign, when there's no way to lift your vehicle and set it down. The Veterans parking spot is across next to the office, not close. I think that I slept about two hours all night. Next time, I will just pay more and stay at Madazel Casio/hotel.
