Clean and easy to get around

Very clean, very quiet at night, and very comfortable bed to rest on. Great customer service. Outstanding!

Not much to say -- It wasn't good.

This place should not be in business. It's disgusting. Our vehicle broke down, so we were stuck in Payson overnight on a Saturday night. The first room they checked us into had not been cleaned at all, beds not made, towels all over at the sink area. So we asked for a different room. At first it seemed like the room had been serviced, but as we settled in, it was clear it had also probably not been cleaned...makeup stains on pillows, hair on the sheets, only one washcloth in the bathroom, towels not folded properly, just to name a few things! Then we opened the dresser drawers and found a package of hot links from the previous guest. The second drawer had an empty cake or pastry box of some sort. Just unbelievable. The housekeeping clearly doesn't pay attention to details. The front desk guy did bring fresh sheets when we requested them. When we told him that it seemed like one of the bed linens hadn't been changed, he joked it off saying "it's a Rim Country adventure." Yikes. We're all for adventure, but when it comes to hotel rooms, it's a reasonable expectation to have a clean room. We will definitely never stay at this Super 8 again, and consider yourself forewarned as well!
