The staff here is amazing and accommodating. I was dropping off my mother before an international flight and they made sure to make her stay great. Clean, beautiful and shuttle service was awesome.

Close to airport

Airport shuttle was a complete joke. Before I arrived I looked all over the booking.com page to try and found out how the shuttle bus worked as I knew we were arriving late at night with kids so I wanted to be prepared. No info there at all. So I messgaed the hotel thorugh booking,com and I recieved an automated email reply saying that the person was away 7th April. In the end I gave up. We arrived at midnight and waited for 45 mins in the freezing cold. I called the hotel and he said I needed to call them when I arrived at the airport and they would send the shuttle bus. How was I supposed to know that if they dont tell you. So we waited another 10 mins and not shuttle bus so i called again and he said it should be there. Waited another 10 mins and finally it came. All the while the shuttle buses for all the other hotels were constantly doing round trips. We honestly picked the worst hotel. We saw the buses for the marriot and the hilton and all the other hotels visit the airport about 3 times in the time that we were standing there (with other guests form this hotel to). We had to return to the airport at 5am as our flight out was at 7am and the 430am shuttle was fully booked so we had to leave even earlier on the 4am shuttle bus. So we paid $90 to stay in the room from 1am until 4am. Total joke
