I arrived at the hotel after a 20-hour flight. At the reception, the management of the hotel did not find my reservation made through booking com. As a result, I had to take the number I had in cash. (family ) for the price of a 5-star hotel . This is the first time I've been in a situation where booking has not passed on information to the hotel. This encourages me to make direct bookings on the hotels' website in the future.

The room was clean staff was great It was really nice

I don’t like that parking is not included in the room and has to be purchased separately and the area is really busy the location is bad

Facilities and staff

We are a family of four, traveling with two little children. The only reason we chose this hotel was because of its so called location. A one minute walk from the train station. We wanted to have a good night's sleep before our flight that was early morning. When we got off the train station, we were told we cannot go out to the street and access the hotel! We had to tap again and pay to pass into the airport shuttle. Then take the airport train to go to a so called pickup place. Instructions said P3 station. When we got off at P3 a large sign read that the pickup spot has been moved to P4. We rode the train again, and waited for a whole hour (!) until a shuttle from the hotel came and picked us up, as all the other hotels' shuttles were picking up guests over and over again. The shuttle drove us all the way back we did with the train! None of this journey is mentioned on the Booking.com website. The hotel appears on the map as 1 minute walk from the train station. We arrived to the hotel almost two hours after our arrival to the train station. What a waste of money! Should have stayed at our house in the city and took the train early morning. We are expecting a full refund for this awful experience.
