Room was disgusting and filthy. The bed was filthy and sank to the floor when we put our luggage on it. Other people who were staying at the hotel were having sex at the pool in front of children. Reported it to the front desk and they said “you are welcome to check out if you’d like” We left after being there for maybe 30 minutes.

The smell it was bad. The fact that the pics online seem so good but in reality it was bad. The whole place was bad and felt like I was scammed.

Everything else. This was the worst treatment I’ve ever had staying at a hotel the woman at the counter was horribly rude and insulting. I couldn’t find my room to which she thought was funny that I spent 45 minutes wondering until the next guy came onto shift. I checked in late and the hotel is large like a maze if you don’t have a good idea of it’s shape. I had proof of my service Dogs certification and job which isn’t required she still threatened to charge me. I would NEVER stay here again.
