la piscina, siempre cerrada, y muy sucia. la tina de baño muy vieja y oxidada, el inodoro muy viejo y tallado. mucho ruido el extractor de baño, muy mal 10 dolares por dia estacionamiento y no se hacen responsables de cualquier daño o robo.

The room we were given looked nothing like the photos online… you also have to pay for parking which was difficult since there was no where to park.. which defeats the purpose of paid parking… I don’t ever complain but this place was not what I expected.. they give you a code to use to get in and out of the beach access door but the door is rotten and broken so no need to put in a code… anyone can walk in.. they also give you wrist bands to wear in the pool but again anyone can walk in so defeats the purpose of the wrist bands.. they say they charge an extra 50 bucks if you want to check in sooner than 3pm… no towels given, a small trash can is placed in your room. We bought our own trash bags thankfully. We had to wait until our last day there to throw all our trash out in a big plastic bin they put outside your room. The day we got there was told cancellation fee would still apply which is 183 bucks.. glad we avoided the room only to sleep… and not to mention people stayed up until 11 / 12 at night playing music and yelling… and we weren’t the only ones who had issues.. apparently a few people there had to be moved multiple times because their ac went out. The room smelled like mildew and there were roaches.. save your money and go somewhere else.. don’t even bother complaining to the front desk they’ll just tell you the manager isn’t there and to send them an email..

The only thing I liked is that the room was on the beach.

Horrible experience with bad attitudes. I will never stay at this hotel again, even if its on the beach. No towels and soap in the room, broken appliances, horrible upkeep, and extremely rude customer service for all of the money spent.

Absolutely nothing!

We had to leave and didn’t stay at room due to bed bugs / blood on sheets / holes in walls / mold / mildew facility needs to be shut down. It’s no place for anyone! Walls look like they want to sink in/ place smells horrible / locks are broken / flies are in room water leaks. The whole building needs to be demolished. Roaches alive on bed / dead roaches in rooms on floor.

Bad maintenance. Didn’t clean the room on the two nights we stayed. Never brought paper toilet and clean towels . The swimming pool was extremely dirty green as in the pictures it was blue . The tv was not working properly. The hotel seems very old not as the photos shown in the website .
