Fun fact the Golf Course has nothing to do with the hotel…. So when you enter your ready made room and there is “NO towels” and it’s late you can’t call anyone also phone was unplugged and alarm clock was too.

My room was not ready… and it seemed they are running a total scam job at this spot… only thing that was clean was the bed.

The property appears to be beautiful at night. Was unable to view it in the daylight as supposedly the check in person left early (per security staff) & I wasn’t able to get keys to get in. Was sent 3️⃣ separate times to different locations after 2230 ish hours & getting lost trying to get back to the entrance w/ entry guards

Organization & knowledge of system

No TV, no ironing board, refrigerator didn't get cold, no coffee maker.

Room was not clean. Ceiling was coming down in bathroom. Front desk said it slipped her mind to let me know there was no TV service. When called to complain was told I could immediately vacate room for refund but that would take up 7 days to return on my card. I was dropped off so unable to vacate immediately. Was moved into another room thank you to golf pros. They were 5 star and extremely helpful. Hotel has zero customer service and needs updated along with helpful people. They advertise the front desk is open from 8 am to 10 pm. No not true. They do not come in until after 11 am and leave before 7 pm. Mold in shower and 1 roll of toilet paper. Towels are stained and look like they just used. Management walked into room that I was moved to and said I was in violation for not checking out at 11. Yet I was comped another night. Took 3 hours to straighten everything out. My negative 1 ⭐
