The location was good

The rooms were not cleaned. We called for toilet tissue, wash cloths, tissues and towels and was told they would deliver them but they never did. We went to the restaurant on Saturday night to eat at 6 and it was closed. The fridge froze everything no matter what shelf it was on. One pillow in our room was stained and one had a long black hair on it. If you checked in after the clubhouse closed it was extremely hard to find where to check in. Really dark area. I would definitely never stay here again or recommend this to anyone

Location was close to Indian Wells

No staff. There is no one working the office. Very run down. Avoid hotel!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The security staff at the front gate was the first person we interacted with and he was patient while we figured out where to go on the large property. When we got to our room, the door to the first room we were assigned wouldn’t work and the lights didn’t come on when inserting the keycard, but the front desk staff member came out right away, helped troubleshoot, and moved us to a new room without any hassle. The property itself is large, gated, and quiet, which made it feel safe. The location is also very convenient if you need to be near Indio, the courthouse, or Coachella. The room was a bit outdated but had everything we needed for a quick stay including a microwave, mini fridge, TV, iron and ironing board, small table with chairs, ceiling fan, and A/C unit. The bed was comfortable enough and overall the price felt worth it for a simple overnight stay.

The room could have used a quick sweep when we arrived, though it wasn’t dirty enough to call staff back over. The bathroom fan also made a loud intermittent noise when turned on. The hot tub water was only warm and the jets didn’t work, and the pool area looked like it may not get used very often. It would also be helpful if there were pool towels available nearby. Because the property is large and a little confusing to navigate, it would be helpful if rooms included a simple guide or map explaining where amenities are located and how to order food delivery to the property. We weren’t confident a delivery driver would be able to find the room easily.

Location / tennis courts

No towels. Bathroom not cleaned since last guest. The floor was filthy, the shower was filthy; there was long hairs everywhere. Kitchen wasn’t swept either. Because they don’t have any after hours staff, after 8, there was no way to report any of this until the morning. The soonest they could clean our room was after 11am. There was no accommodation given for this massive oversight. It was discusting.

The restaurant was good but the accommodations terrible. Gave us one bathe towel for a Deluxe Queen room.

No elevator, poor housekeeping

I have stayed here several times. It was nice to see some upgrades in the rooms, such as, Old carpet was removed, and looks like new countertops had been installed.

There were no towels in the room upon arrival and no blankets for the beds. My key kept disconnecting and it was difficult and time consuming to get it taken care of. Would love too see the room cleaned a bit better. the floor was dirty and the baseboards could use a cleaning.

Love the location by the Polo Clubs

I had booked a handicap room and they didn't have one for my elderly husband. So no grab bars in bathroom. Shower door filmsy and cant hold bar because not attached at the bottom

The price was only thing that was right. The smoke detector was covered by plastic. There was no blanket on the bed or anywhere in the room. The front desk closed at 5 so nobody to ask for a blanket. No one to check out with the next morning. The bath towel was worn out with holes in it.

Checkin was a nighmare. The security gate really didn't tell me where to go. Once I found it, the guy took forever (10+ minutes) with the one person before. Once I got my keys, got to my 2nd floor room (I asked for first), the keys didn't work and I had to go back to the far away checkin place. Ughh. No cups in the room. No ice machine.
