Great location

The room was not swept, mopped, or thoroughly cleaned. I found use toiletry bottles near the sink for the next guest to use (me). The floors were dusty and the shower had mold in the tiles. I had to deep clean before I used the bathroom. There are also no blankets, just bed sheets. For such a beautiful property, I was shocked at the cleanliness of the rooms. Also, theres residents on golf carts that come by and harass you to make sure you’re actually staying on the property and attempt to charge you $25 for parking, even though parking is free. Walking distance to Coachella, so that was the major perk. They were a little disorganized this year for Coachella, blocking off the street to enter the hotel causing a mile backup so its best you dont drive when the festival starts, cause getting in and out will be a nightmare.

I stayed for Coachella. It was very convenient in located.

Four people staying in one room, running out of towels and toilet paper. We called your room service like three or four times and no one ever showed up. When we checked out, they were not the ones to complain to
