This place was being worked on, stuff and tripping hazards everywhere. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, maybe from the workers. We didn't stay, lost our money because we reserved thru Booking.com.

The kids loved the pool

We were on the top floor by all the remodeling and it was crowded with furniture stacked everywhere in the hallway

It was absolutely horrible. The bathroom door didn't close. No toilet paper. No phone in the room. Pain on the curtains. Windows so dirty we couldn't see out. Stains on bedspread.

Under construction apparently and didn’t know-the hallway didn’t even have carpet-boxes everywhere in lobby. Can’t consider their “breakfast” a real “breakfast”.

There was renovation material all over the outside and inside the entrance.

They are redoing the whole building and they were burning wood on site so it smelled and all the rooms were tore apart. We didn’t get the room that we requested. The place was a shambles. We would never suggest that anyone stay there.

Apparently this hotel has new owners and are doing MAJOR renovations, so not faulting for that. Just seemed a little over priced for an old room- it was a little dingy and some fixtures were broken and or not working. The staff we did see were pleasant as were the construction crew. In a couple months I think it will be a great hotel with the total renovation that they are working hard to complete. They aren’t just replacing a few things to upgrade- they are doing major improvements. I hope they do very well.
