"Would not recommend this property to anyone!"

The management at this property is awful to deal with! They charged my credit card 3 times and dont want to help solve the problem with getting my money refunded. It took 3 days to talk to a manager and then he was no help what so ever —all he wanted to say was there was a wall lamp broken in our room even though we never even turned that lamp on we was charged for it! He just said you have to tell the desk when something doesnt work in the room-but like i said how was i suppose to tell them that when we never even turned that light on!!

"Our stay was wonderful and a great price!"

The room was large and very clean. The bedding and pillows were very soft and cozy. Parking lot was well lit and overall facility felt safe and was very nice. Nothing about the hotel was rundown or dirty.

The only complaint I have is that the bathroom light was very dim. I couldn’t see in the mirror well enough to put on makeup.

The handicapped accessible room, had all the things I needed. First floor easy access

The room smelled like cologne, first thought cleaning smell, but then in the chairs smelled like dumped on the chairs after awhile very nauseating. Tired and was glad room had easy access in bathroom, didn't want to move so said nothing. Whole building very dark looked so promising from outside. Get what you paid for. Breakfast was ok. Eggs not so good, sausage and waffles very good.

"I should not have gotten charged $350 when I went to check out for linens"

Breakfast was good but I did not like the $350 bill after I checked out because I had to pay for their linens which I did nothing to

Not happy because they charge me an extra $350 because they said I ruined the sheets

"Not up to Quality Inn standards"

The staff were friendly, when we initially checked in, our room smelled of cigarette smoke. They quickly moved us to a different room without any problems.

The room was very rundown, rusty towel rack, pull bar in the bathroom, poorly repaired/replaced tile, old, unclean couches/furniture, old refrigerator that didn't keep things cold but frozen.

room door could have locked but it didnt so we moved to another room which needed rmodeling
