"Owner charging fraudulently"

Owner charged us $391 for a pet we never had. Owner was the only worker during check out because it was new years. I have the hotel staff who went in our room the day before who agreed we never had a pet in the room. Owner refuses to check the cameras to verify we had no animal in the room. The room was trashy. Missing curtains, ripped curtains, broken desk, drawer handles falling off, door for the fridge cubby was broken, ROACHES in the coffee pot and the bathroom, trash in the pull out bed, stains on the sheets, holes in the wall covered up with electric plates. Heather and house keeping were great and helpful. Replaced my sheet which was a big help!

"Disappointing"

Pool was nice, location easy to find, serves breakfast.

The guests next door to us were slamming the door all night long , Yelling , arguing , playing TV loud all throughout the night. They were so loud they woke me up at 4am fighting. Stayed up rest of day.
