The staff was so nice amd accommodating to our families that met there. It really made for an enjoyable trip.

The Texas steak house nearby is excellent!

The location was great for what we was in town for. Shopping and restaurants super close.

No ice machine on 1st level had to go up to 2nd floor for ice.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! When we arrived, we mentioned we had an extra person with us, and they kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Exceptional service and great value! Would recommend!

Very clean and staff was helpful and friendly. We liked the room arrangement and how spotless the bathroom and towels were. TV was easy to control.

Breakfast was a little sub-par. Dried out muffins and bagels. Room was comfortable but there was a very bright light out side the window that could not be blocked entirely by the curtains.

We had an emergency situation and needed to switch hotels last minute. I called around 9:15 PM to confirm our reservation, and Ashland at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. The next morning, my family let me know their stay was great—they were given a late checkout with no issues, and the breakfast was good. The only minor downside was that the entrance to the hotel was a bit hard to find at night due to limited signage.
