The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Would stay there again.

Easy check in, room was clean and very modern.

The entry door to the room had a half inch gap when closed that you could see into the hallway or others could see into the room. The curtains near the window were stained from the ac unit and the window was unlocked with access to the roof of the front of the canopy. Being on the second floor it was easy to see footprints from people being on the roof and accessing the rooms. This is the first time I have ever used items in the room to barricade the door. After a long evening of travel, I did not seek a room change as it seemed like most of the rooms on the floor were set up similarly and occupancy was very low. My employer booked this stay, so it is what it is.

Bathroom door lock broken Elevator has a sign suggesting using the stairs due to it being “inconsistent “ I’m not sure exactly what that means when they put us on the 3rd floor and directed us to the elevator with no explanation at all The elevator also had a mastery liquid leaking from the ceiling. The peep hole on the door was so loose you could unscrew it from the outside of the door. My husband fixed that himself Staff was friendly and that’s the only thing that saved this stay.
