The gal checking us in was pleasant enough, but her naked skin roll was showing between her shirt and the top of her pants. Very unprofessional.

Breakfast was good.

Tile floor in the rooms. Was not clean.

We had medical appointments in Hutchinson, so stayed at this delightful hotel in mid-March. We prefer the Hilton brand, so we sought out this Hampton. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the facility, from the lobby to the commons areas and especially our room on the 2nd floor. We had a quiet, restful night. The desk hostess was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. The parking lot was well-lit and safe. We will certainly stay here again.

This hotel truly does not uphold or follow the Hilton Standards. I have stayed at this property and the room smelled like a turd, was not clean, and the alleged "hot breakfast" was cold. As a Hilton Diamond Member, the Premium Internet was supposed to free, but upon the checkout, the staff was trying to stick me with the charge, and that's when I discussed the "other issues." The hotel management and staff are rude, confrontational, and the hotel management does not hold itself accountable, and or the hotel staff for that matter, and wrongly blames the guests for their issues. Eventually, the Front Desk agent connected me to the manager. I brought up Hilton and Hamtpon Inn's "WE'LL MAKE IT RIGHT POLICY," And the manager said she would have to" discuss this with the ownership." This when I decided to contact Hilton Guest Assistance. Of course, Hilton G.A. agreed with me, and immediately resolved the case in my favor, and sent me a check for the full dollar amount of this pathetic hotel stay.

Met my expectations - coffee was often out

The studio was ample and accommodating for all guests and plenty of towels, pillows and comfy fold out bed. Television had a great output with sound and picture. Fridge was hidden behind door on entertainment center and served its purpose.
