My grandkids loved the pool area, rooms were updated nicely

IT WAS SO NOISY! We had a connecting door in our room and we heard EVERYTHING in the next room. Very loud man and woman and kids. I tried putting towels under the door but it didn’t help. Very thin walls because we heard everyone that walked by too… I was tired but couldn’t relax until after 1 am

We didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but our room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was well stocked and the area clean. We will definitely stay here again! The rates were phenomenal for the facility.

"It's very, very dirty."

had been on the road all day and decided to stay at this hotel. It was one of the most expensive options, so I chose it without checking the reviews. We arrived at midnight, exhausted. The staff was somewhat condescending, but we didn't mind much as we just wanted to shower and sleep. ​The room was spacious, but strangely, there was no kettle (I don't drink coffee and really wanted some tea). The bathroom wasn't clean. There were large pieces of gum stuck to the carpet by the bed, but I was willing to overlook all of that. However, as soon as I got ready for bed, I saw a lot of hair on the duvet. When we pulled it back, there was a massive yellow stain on the mattress protector covering almost the entire bed. Honestly, it was disgusting—you’d have to be blind not to notice it while cleaning. We were so tired that we just brought our own bedding from the car and went to sleep. I do not recommend this hotel; the housekeeping is non-existent.
