I love the motel, the beds are very comfortable

I booked a 2 king bed room and when we checked in they gave us a 1 king bed with a pull out bed, that was broke, so my daughter slept on the floor

Staff didn't know how to look up my reservation and set me up another bookings for the room which resulted in a price difference and I'm still looking for my deposit that I never got back
