Pool nicht benutzbar, war gesperrt Zimmer direkt neben Fahrstuhl und Hotelklimaanlage direkt neben dem Fenster war sehr laut Temperatur im Restaurant am Abend eisig

Das Bett war defekt, das lavabo verstopft, balkon unsauber von vogelexkrementen. Minibar: Chips Verfalldatum abgelaufen. Das Beste war, dass trotz gemäss booking.com die Gebühren und Taxen inkl. sind, wir von der Reception aufgefordert wurden Taxen zu zahlen, wir wurden getäuscht, ohne Gnade wir haben uns geweigert aber mussten trotzdem bezahlen. Miserable Gästebehandlung!!

Das nicht Entgegenkommen vom Personal bei unserer Reklamation, wir mussten für Taxen zahlen auch wenn booking.com wirbt mit inkl. Taxen Gebühren, siehe Foto! Wirklich fragwürdig!

Very positive: We had a very large, clean room with a terrace with fantastic views. Ate twice at the restaurant for dinner. Excellent pasta and very attentive staff. It would have been nice to have a larger selection of menu items, as neither of us eat fish. Breakfast was extensive, well stocked and staffed. The hotel, (while I'm sure management knows, needs a little updating here and there, such as hall and stair carpets,) was exactly what we needed for our stay on Sicily - tranquility.

Price and staff. Breakfast was great too.

Shower was difficult to use without flooding the restroom. You could consider adopting courtains or a fixed glass. It's a bit tight and it was impossible to use the shower head, old and bad angle and height. I had to use the hand shower to avoid flooding the whole place. Also, I'd recommend place the room temperature controls in the bedroom. It's a bit odd to have to ask reception to adjust your room temperature in their computer. These issues weren't show stoppers for me and I'll still come back, but affected my comfort rates.
