The staff were very accommodating letting me check in early, which was super helpful after being awake since 4am. The restaurant down stairs served a beautiful meal at dinner time. Room service was quick. Location was fantastic, much better than I had expected.

a bit dated, view out the window was very ordinary with building works next door and street works. Everything needs a refresh but it was perfect for my stay.

Spacious and clean rooms Comfortable beds Strong and hot shower Beautiful restaurant where we ate breakfast and lunch , food was lovely Lovely bar area with comfortable seating for winding down at the end of the day Opposite the botanic gardens, lovely outlook away from hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to cafes and shops within short distance

Car parking spaces provided are fairly tight
