"Disappointing"

My wife was eaten up by bed bugs. We have stayed at many, many hotels, this was a first. Very disappointing because at first sight we thought it was very nice. Her legs are actually scarred from the bites. Will never stay there again!

When we first arrived Saturday, your front desk clerk, I, am unable to remember her name. She was amazing, very knowledgeable. She was friendly and very personable.I give her the highest score ever!!

The waffles flavor choices were great. The chairs and bed were not too low. Room was clean and well stocked. I liked having a digital key and the option to use the TV remote on my phone.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Definitely not ant kind of pillow top. The toilet is too low, and we had to go purchase a toilet riser to make it easier to use. Breakfast was OK but not good. The eggs were runny, the bananas were bruised and starting to turn soft in the middle. Our mini fridge was unplugged and we had to plug it in.
