There were 2 things that were a problem. 1) A cricket in the bathroom ceiling vent kept us awake most the night. It made us feel that there were bugs in the ceiling and walls all around us. 2) We felt trapped with only one place to eat dinner. Our GPS couldn't get us to the hotel without a lot of false turns. We didn't want to venture out at night to find another place to eat because we were concerned about finding our way back.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean at all times. Room was spacious. Loved that the hotel has a walk way to the casino. It rained one of the nights we were there so we didnt have to get wet

Beds were a bit too firm for my liking, but otherwise no complaints. The hotel connects to Amristar through a long hallway that goes through the Holiday Inn next door. It was convenient to hit up the buffet even when it was raining.

"Probably not one of my favorite Hampton Inns."

The breakfast was disappointing. Most everything was empty when I got there at 7:30. I tried to find a worker, but couldn't. Another guest finally went back to the "staff only" room and asked for coffee. The girl came out and was busily trying to get food out and clean tables, but by then there were too many people eating and she couldn't get caught up. There was only one person working the dining area.
