Wie wahren im 2 stock leider auf der eingangs seite wo man unten geraucht hatt das zimmer hatt dem entsprechend gerochen ..trzoz geschlossenem Fenster .

"Sehr schönes Hotel, leider mit technischem Defekt"

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage, man ist recht schnell von der Autobahn dort und kommt per Fuß oder ÖPNV sehr schnell in die Stadt. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnliche Frühstück! Von Ingwer Shot bis Hummus wird alles geboten. Super!

Leider war die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer defekt. An einem Wochenende mit 36 grad extrem ungünstig. Das Personal war zwar sehr zuvorkommend und man gab uns einen Ventilator, es war dennoch unerträglich heiß und wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass der Schaden innerhalb von knapp 3 Tagen behoben wird.

Emplacement Idéal Personnel agréable Chambre propre

Problème de Clim Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre ce qui a été accepté sans soucis Mais problème de Clim aussi dans la seconde chambre. Mais le personnel nous a fourni deux ventilateurs pour la nuit ce qui a fait l affaire.
