Very convenient location, I could sleep without problems during the weekend there

Very polite staff. Great value for money.

We arrived late about 22.30 and got our key to our room on the 1st floor. My partner walked in first and the room was a complete mess. Bed had been slept in. Rubbish and towels on the floor and a smell. It hadnt been cleaned. My partner went downstairs to tell them, I stayed with the bags as I am pregnant and was tired and waited for him to return. They gave us a new room right by the elevator which was incredibly noisy and you could hear people coming past and hear people in their rooms. New room was clean. Towels were very thin and no hand towels. No soap in the bathroom or bags in the bathroom bin. Very average. However it was close to the centre and the winter market so we just walked everywhere which was a positive.

Never again don’t stay at this hotel is so tight that squik when you move

Lovely hotel in an ideal place. Only a 5/10 minute walk into the main square. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was of good quality. If we stayed in Lille again we would stay in this hotel.

Best pillows ever! Ideal room for a quick stay as it’s very close to train station and an easy walk to many shops and restaurants.

Rooms are clean and service is good rooms are small AC is of good value fundamentals ok, convenience to travel and downtown reasonable price

Great hotel for travelers. Only problem was the roadwork up the street but the hotel ha no control over that.
