Great space, clean and comfortable for the family.

Wifi was terrible, could barely work for all of us at the same time. Definitely could not work on a laptop, nothing would load and they ask you to pay for better wifi

Fenster zum Lüften im Schlafzimmer gingen schwerfällig auf. Im Wohnzimmer roch es etwas muffig - Teppichboden? Darin haben wir uns fast nicht aufgehalten, so hat es uns nicht gestört.

Great location and facilities

Easy parking. Comfortable furniture, large spaces. Restaurant, bar to see sunset over pool and golf course. Lots of amenities and activities that we didn't want to use. Staff was helpful when needed. Probably great for families!

All surfaces were worn, shabby. Wasn't clear when we booked that they are part of two? vacation clubs and try to get you to attend a discovery session. Not interested but was only a minor annoyance.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived late but rhw staff able to make the restroom available. It was great that they have filtered water available. I appreciated that we were upgraded to an ocean view. I stay here because of the kitchen, comfortable beds and living spaces. It is very peaceful watching the ocean and listening to the birds.

It would be great if hot pot could be added as appliances. I am a tea drinker it would make things easier, but I am able to use the stove.

Very convenient location to explore Kona Coast and close to a shopping plaza to pick up supplies. We liked the grills, playground, games, and pool area. We liked that housekeeping would bring by fresh pool towels and extra cleaning supplies on request. There were all new plates, utensils, and appliances in the kitchen, which made cooking really pleasant.

The carpet, sofa, and lighting in our units seemed older and worn out.
