No one enforcing no kids in spa.

the room was horrible. the floor from the people in the room above ours creeked very loudly and very annoyingly constantly from people, even little children, walking around. we could hear every creeky step. i'm a heavy sleeper, but it kept my wife and mother-in-law up all night. they were pissed. they had me call the front desk about it, so i did, but nothing was done. Also we didn't have enough towels in the room.

Great location.

Our room was nice but being on the ground level was not. The sound from the room above us was loud. Every little step they took came through the floor loudly and unfortunately for us they were up all night walking around. Walls were also.very then and sound came through especially from the front door. Usually I can just turn the fan/ac on constant and drowned that out but the fan would only run for 15 min or so and then then turn off.

Staff was exceptional from maids, cart drivers, desk clerks, and waiters in the restaurants. liked daily room service, free drink at check in all the great pools and of course the view!!! GREAT BREAKFAST BUFFET. Better than a cruise by far

I liked our top floor rooms, but they came at a price of lots of stairs. The elevators were out

staff was pleasant and helpful. the view was nice. breakfast was ok for the price.

the rooms need updating. the washrooms are so small things fall into the toilet when trying to get ready. the food at elevate was cold and stale
