Cheyenne Mountain Resort, a Destination by Hyatt Hotels

I would like to show my appreciation for Brenden, a concierge at Cheyenne Mountain Resort. He was especially helpful when I was making a delivery for some guests when I could not find their building after searching. He offered to take my delivery and finish the delivery to the guest's room. I am very appreciative of his assistance and kindness. He is the type of employee that should be retained and I hope he will be kindly rewarded for his efforts. Thanks again, Brenden!

Cute coffee shop that also sells salads, sandwiches, ice cream etc. The best part is taking your coffee out to the deck and enjoying that view of Cheyenne Mountain!

We had to move from the Broadmoor hotel to this hotel for our last night in Colorado Springs and we paid more for this hotel than we did at the Broadmoor. It was horrible! Elevator was broken so we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs when we had to check out. The carpet in our room was soooo filthy. Just one night in the room wearing the slippers they provide were black on the bottoms from the carpet. Very low ceiling in the room. I felt like we were sleeping in a dark low basement. The sheets had stains on them. I was expecting a cockroach to come out any time and visit us. Thankfully, we never did see any. The Toilet did not work correctly. The hotel really needs a good facelift. Maybe it was nice in its time but that time has past.

We have been hosting an annual meeting at this resort for several years and the location and staff have been really great. The property is more than serviceable and the food and catering have been very good. We have seen several Owner/Management companies come and go over the years and the Hyatt team is a real step up. I would be remiss if I did not mention my favorite team member, Kris. Kris runs the breakfast omelet/waffle bar and always has a smile and a good word, even when she is slammed with 10 people. Great job Kris!

I am in town on business, this place is really great and the service has been awesome. Brenden the concierge was super nice. Turns out he’s from not far from where I am from. He has been an awesome resource at helping me find my way around.. would love to come again and again.. Cheers

Lovely option for the Springs. The grounds are beautiful and there are plenty of things onsite to enjoy.

Great pool complex, close to local attractions.

The hotel itself is beautiful with stunning views, nice food and friendly service. Bar is ok. Location is well away from downtown so you need a car. Rooms are fine but tired.

Clean room. Well appointed- great view. Staff was very helpful.

This place is a great place to hold a business function. I had the pleasure to work with Sable to plan our event, she went above and beyond. She was so dependable, every time I called she answered and was a delight! One of the best company stays we’ve ever had. We are going to come back next year as well!
