The view from our room was amazing and all the staff were so nice.

Very poor housekeeping service. Extremely slow all around.

Could hear traffic through sliding glass door. Traffic from 6 am -10pm.

The staff at this property is beyond amazing! From check-in, the restaurants, facilities, and events, each team member we interacted with was kind, learning our preferences in the time we were there, and everyone was willing to go the extra mile. We held a conference and Sable, our event manager, was excellent to work with both in the planning stages as well as on-site. Zach from F&B was also fabulous as well as the rest of the banquet team. They pay attention to all the details and truly helped to enhance our conference to take it to the next level.

Beautiful grounds and amenities

My complaint is that the hotel had no record of my payment when I checked in. Consequently I was charged twice - once by Booking and then a second time by the resort. I tried to resolve by calling the resort and was told they had no reservation matching my name so they were unable to help
