Nice for families with kids

Wo soll ich nur anfangen. Wir hatten einen Superrior Bungalow, das Zimmer war schlicht eingerichtet und das Badezimmer nicht besonders groß. Nach der ersten Nacht hatte ich schon Rückenschmerzen, da das Bett sehr hart, viel zu kurz und unbequem war. Das kostenlose W-LAN funktionierte im Zimmer überhaupt nicht. Im Badezimmer findet man in jeder Ecke Schimmel. In den ersten vier Tagen gab es in der Dusche kein kaltes Wasser, es kam wirklich gefühlt nur kochendes Wasser mit einem geringen Druck aus dem Hahn, dadurch war das Duschen eine echte Qual. Doch plötzlich hat sich das Blatt in den letzten drei Tagen gewendet, nun kam nur noch eiskaltes Wasser mit Hochdruck aus der Leitung. Das Essen ist eintönig und nicht wirklich lecker. Beim Frühstück gibt es jeden Tag labbriges Bacon, gekochte Eier, Omelette, Croissants und ähnliches. Klingt eigentlich gut, aber es ist alles kalt und fade. Das Mittagessen ist nicht viel besser. Jeden Tag das gleiche, Pommes, Nudeln mit Tomatensoße und noch paar andere Sachen. Beim Abendessen habe ich das Gefühl, dass einfach ein Teil des übrigen Mittagessens wiederverwertet wurde. Ich würde an Ihrer Stelle nichts von dem Buffet essen. Bei Fleisch, Fisch und Meeresfrüchten sollte man sowieso vorsichtig sein, und im Ausland erst recht. Ich habe das leider zu spät bemerkt. Am vierten Tag habe ich mir eine schöne Lebensmittelvergiftung zugezogen und zwei Tage nur gekotzt. Einen Tag nach mir, hat auch meine Freundin angefangen zu kotzen…

In generale fu positiva, e sicuramente ci tornerei. I punti di forza sono la posizione, sulla spiaggia; la struttura, è molto grande. I ristoranti sono ampli e nonostante la quantità di persone sono gestiti bene. La modalità all inclusive, permette di avere rinfreschi e spuntini in mezzo alla giornata. Le stanze pulite e abbastanza spaziose. Il personale gentile. Credo che ci sia un buon rapporto prezzo e servizi offerti. Le cose che ho trovato negative sono: Non ho trovato un impiegato che parlassi italiano o spagnolo. All'arrivo nella reception non ci hanno fornito tutta l'informazione necessaria e si sono scordati di darci i braccialetti. Credo che ci siano 4 piscine, anche se molto affollate, due particolarmente dedicate ai piccoli. Purtroppo, non è permesso l'accesso a tutte (credo che dividano per struttura o colore di braccialetto) Questo non mi è stato spiegato, quindi, cercando quella più tranquilla, sono andata in una piscina e sono stata cacciata, solo dopo, nella reception mi hanno spiegato che non tutte le piscine erano per tutti e solo in quel momento mi hanno dato il braccialetto. Nelle piscine ci sono bagnini, ma non tutti fanno rispettare le regole, sono finita in una piscina "più calma" dove i ragazzi (ventenni) si tuffavano e schizzando, e giocavano pala in piscina dando fastidio a tutti, davanti allo sguardo del bagnino che non si è mai mosso. Al nostro arrivo la cassetta di sicurezza era guasta e non hanno potuto risolvere in nessun modo.

Struttura enorme, buffet massivo, posto adatto a famiglie e bambini. Unico neo un po’ rumoroso. Ma nel complesso un villaggio turistico, con tanto di animatori. Spiaggia privata di fronte, belle piscine.

Struttura ottima per le famiglie.

The hotel is in need of a refit in key areas. We initially stayed in the bungalows which need new bathrooms and doors fixing. After the flooding we moved to the Riverside rooms and these were a million times better! Bar and restaurant areas need a refresh.

The room was wonderful except I don’t know how shower curtains work and I flooded the bathroom every day when I showered. Also the live entertainment at night was loud but not terrible.

Je déconseille cet établissement. Les chambres sont dans leurs jus, le bâtiment principal penche ! Le buffet est infâme, le all inclusive qui n’en ai pas un avec 4 cocktails inbuvable le reste est payant. La plage plein de plastique la mer plein d’algues. La Clim HS pendant 4 jours, tous les jours une réparation ou un ventilateur promis sans en voir 1. Les animations …..nulles. Demander 1 taxi pour 5 et vous repartez à 6 dans une Mercedes ! Seul point positif, le personnel et leur accueil et service. Le côté club MARMARA avez l’air mieux mais le côté restaurant c’est la même chose. C’est la première fois que je mets un commentaire mais je vous dit une chose ça ne vaut pas le prix c’est clair. Passez votre chemin.

This was the first time my family and i visited Greece we loved it the hotel was amazing it actually blew me away the reception was excellent the cleaning was top the food was mind blowing, when i posted pictures got great feedback i have definitely recommended this hotel to everyone my daughter loved her stay as this was a surprise holiday for her we used most facilities especially the pools.We're planning the next one already. Thanks for the great hospitality 😁

Great stay at the hotel once again, the facilities are great and the staff are exceptionally polite and very helpful. Great banter with them especially the entertainment staff! Only thing I’d say is the food is not great and maybe some more evening entertainment.
