Superbe établissement. Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours là pour vous aider malgré la barrière de la langue. La formule all inclusive est bonne. Le restaurant sert relativement des plats répétitifs mais j'ai très bien mangé durant ma semaine et on y trouve de tout. Beaucoup de spécialités à découvrir, la qualité de la nourriture était pour moi très bien. Pour moi, le seul manque était les desserts, mais j'ai mangé énormément de fruits. L'hôtel est très propre, autant dans la chambre que dans les parties communes. Je me trouvais dans une chambre "twins", vue mer (belle vue!), bien équipée pour le peu de temps que l'on y passe. Pour moi les seuls points négatifs dans cet hôtel sont : la literie qui est beaucoup trop ferme à mon goût !!! Mal de dos au bout d'une semaine... l'insonorisation de la chambre !!! On entendait tout comme si on était dehors. Les portes qui claquent, les gens qui descendent les escaliers métalliques... impossible de dormir sans bouchons d'oreilles. Et enfin, la douche... pas moyen de prendre une douche à une température constante, en 5secondes l'eau passe de brûlante à froide, et ce tout le long de la douche... J'avais lu dans certains commentaires le soucis des odeurs de la station d'épuration non loin de l'hôtel. Alors effectivement le matin dehors on sent un peu les odeurs, mais ça ne dure pas longtemps et ça ne perturbe pas ma journée. Malgré ces petits points, j'ai passé un très bon séjour et conseille cet hôtel qui est en bord de mer.

Bra service på hotellet. Hotellet hade många olika aktiviteter så som volleyboll, basket, tennis, pingis och olika sorters gympa pass. Maten var varierade men ljudnivån något hög i den stora restaurangen.

This hotel is rated a 3 star and that is being generous. The beds were hard as a rock. The shower was so tiny my husband barely fit. There were no pool towels provided so bring your own. All inclusive alcoholic drinks were absolutely terrible. Only one buffet and the food was pretty much the same every day. We ate out a lot because after two days I was sick of their mediocre food. The parking is a LONG walk away from the hotel. This could be a problem if you are older or have trouble walking a half mile in 90 degree heat. Entertainment was nothing special and people don’t watch their kids so they kept getting on the stage while performances were going. 🙄 Overall was pretty disappointed with everything and honestly I’m not that hard to please. The spa was nice and we were pleased with our massages. The beach is decent. You have to pay for wifi which is totally ridiculous! I give this place a 1 star and set your expectations low.

Would not suggest booking here; such a disappointment!!

Très bonne hôtel familiale composé d’une partie française et international . La proximité de la mer est un réelle avantage . Les repas sont très correct et varié . Les mini club sont aussi un plus . Je conseille pour des vacances familiales

Excellent value for money, very clean and all staff very kind and professional. Perfect location for family with kids, as everything is within a 2 minutes walk from the room: the beach, the slides and the pools, and the restaurant. Food is good quality, and it is easy with kids as there is a variety of choices and with self service no need to wait. Our stay was also slightly stressful one night as a group of Dutch people in their late 20s were very loud and drunk and kept very loud tecno music in their room until 5am, but the staff helped us to make them quite down and this did not repeat anymore - this was not responsibility of the hotel and they dealt professionally with the situation. Within 20 minutes walk there is a little village with very nice restaurants on the beach for people that want to eat out a few nights.

Leider ist das Personal unterbesetzt. Für das Gesamthotel mit fast 1500 Gästen ist immer nur ein Mitarbeiter für alle Gäste insgesamt verantwortlich um beim Koffer Tragen in die Zimmer zu unterstützen. Darüber hinaus ist das Hotel in einem allgemein guten Zustand, der Strand ist schön, das Essen war durchgehend sehr gut und das Personal ist stets bemüht auf alle Fragen eine gute Antwort zu finden und unterstützt an jeder Stelle wie es kann. Ich würde das Hotel wieder besuchen und kann ein Aufenthalt daher nur empfehlen.

Der Service und das Team waren sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön. Die Anlage machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck.

Our family holiday was lovely. The resort was clean however some parts due for a paint. The food was great, lots of variety and the local dishes were probably the best. Most of the staff were friendly particularly the cleaning staff.
