"Excellent"

It's good for what it is but don't set your expectations too high... The 1st room they put me in was literally dirty. Without getting into too much detail- it seems they never cleaned it after the previous guest... I asked to be moved to another room and this room was fine. The treadmills at the gym have to also be cleaned from time to time... The staff at the reception is very nice and accommodating. Especially Aaron.

"Sofa bed stained"

The staff was very accommodating when we opened the sofa bed in our room and it was stained. We checked out another room that had the same issue. Thankfully the third room we moved to was clean and ready to use. Overall, it was a great stay. The breakfast was cold at 7am, but we had plenty of other choices.

"Nice, Quiet, But Uncomfortable "

Night registration desk person was not friendly. Pried into who my company was meeting in the area. Building and rooms need a thorough cleaning and remodel. Tub never drains due to compressed bottom being below drain which was also backed up. 2 week old notices in the elevator.

The staff was really friendly. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. The breakfast was good. The beds were really comfortable.

Amenities weren't available. The soaps and shampoos were stuck to the wall of the shower instead of samples being offered to guests.
