"The stay was pleasant, but I have not received my refund."

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Nice living space with a kitchen which I didn't use but it was nice to have.

I had accidentally double booked a room and when I tried to cancel one of the reservations through the third party I booked the room with I was told that residence Inn has not responded to the request and I have not received my refund yet.

"Smelly and disappointing"

Not much

The staff is not very friendly. We had trash outside the room in the hallway the night we checked in. It was there at 8am the next day. It was still there at 5pm, at which point I told the front desk. I returned at 11pm and it was still there. It was gone in the wee hours of the morning after I left my negative Google review. The hotel smells of old cigarettes and the hallways smell like urine.

"Nice location, clean and spacious room but overpriced. Bad smell in the hallways. Housekeeping skipped our room."

Beautiful, spacious and well equipped room.

The horrendous smell in the hallways. We stay there from Friday till Monday and housekeeping did not show up till Sunday evening. She just brought few clean towels, left most of the used one, garbage was left untouched.

The shower water wasn’t hot. Warm enough for a quick shower. The staff was helpful and changed my room. But the water temp was the same.

We had a very comfortable 2 bedroom suite! The breakfast service was really good and your staff was above par! Great customer service, very friendly and accommodating!! Will definitely recommend this location!!
