The lady worked with me on deposit

The deposit wasnt refunded like promised. the door to our room was broken...u could see stains and nasties all over the furniture ceiling and bed.

It was very clean quiet. They were cleaning as I was there so when I stepped into the hallway it always smelled great. Staff were great helpful. It was jus a nice stay.

No carpet in the floors. The bathroom is too close to the kitchenette. Needs more towels.

The night time younger lady was very helpful and nice.

The rooms weren't very clean. Had to switch rooms 3 times. The employees during the day were very rude and barely spoke English. Carpets were DISGUSTING. The free breakfast sucked. Hot water didn't work till my last day there

"Dissapointing"

We drove to the location, tired after being on the road, just to be told they had given our room away. We had it booked for 2 nights, so we were stuck in the springs, w no where to stay! No phone call or email to let us know ahead of time! We were very disappointed and the girl at the desk could care less. It was not a good experience to say the least. I could have understood a glitch, or even simple overbooking. Had she been a little more helpful or shown any care at all! Instead she showed no interest and seemed as tho we were instead a bother.

The service and the fact we had no room although we had made reservations on line. Also had no contact to let us know the reservation had changed or been double booked! We had to show up after traveling to find out we had to sleep in our car for the night!
