Nothing very first an last stay

The TV didnt have volume the bed had a odor. An the first room the put me in the bed was already sleeper in. Very rude lady at the front that was not willing to make it right. Nobody should have to experience anything like this . Mold around tub an toilet dirty. Nasty stay.
