"This place was a filth show, I highly do not recommend! (Bed bugs)"

We walked into the room, the carpet was filthy. The hotel smelled old, we pulled down the covers and bed bugs were everywhere. ā˜¹ļø

"No a great service at all, that is why I only stayed 2 nights"

My bad experienced is this: I request 4 night but I only stated 2 night left on 9/4/ at 4:05 am got to California at 9:40 am the girl at the front desk was very nice and she said am o my getting g charger fir the 2 nights. But on my bank account shows $ 264. For the 4 nights , in beef trying to contact you since last Thursday , not success. The girls at the fro y desk said that the manage will take care of this yesterday Monday, but not at all, and girl today at the front desk it was not help she keep saiying that I was there till 9/6/ and to call back tomorrow between 9:0 and 12:00 pm Colorado time , I need you to take care of this matter ASP, Also please check your hotels reservation, because this very unprofessional. Note; the girl on Tuesday and the one on Wednesday were very kind and helpful. But you still charge me for 4 night have someone call me on the phone at 714-718-3204 I care if you email me the go el total and the credit between 2 VS 5 nights Thank you Magdalena v Salas Confirmation #83829EE033901 Booking 6227166151 7195747707 (your virtual assistant did not recognize any of this numbers?!!!!! )

The staff was amazing so friendly

The door wouldnā€™t open very well and the blow dryer in the bathroom just fell apart when I went to use it they took us to another room to use that blow dryer and it didnā€™t work
