Days Inn by Wyndham Colorado Springs Airport

I didn't eat breakfast but wanted coffee. The coffee was cold and there was no cream available for the coffee

The whole place needs to be upgraded. The carpet was dirty and had sticky spots on it. The sheets and towels were stained. The bedding had cigarette burns in it. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom sink drained slowly and the furniture was old and outdated. The chairs were uncomfortable to sit in.

Didn't see anything the impressed me.

There was no one at the front desk and people waiting. The first in line well asking for a refund after looking at two rooms that were bad. We checked in and went to check the room, it had Dirty filthy carpet, a dirty stained couch, one post on the headboard missing, do I go on. We asked for a refund and went elsewhere .

Very unpleasant and undisreable experience at this hotel starting off by telling you that the front desk was very rude and most of the time nobody in the front desk or anywhere else was available i had to wait 45 minutes to checkout at the front desk waiting for someone to show up ,this hotel is dirty and filthy everywhere and the room was disgusting the walls had holes ,the bathroom was filthy , the carpet was real dirty stained and had bad odor,the fire alarm was missing there was no breakfast provided like at all just a complete dump and I have pictures to support all my statements and that being said at the very least I demand a refund in full of what I paid booking.com

The facilities as we pulled up were absolutely dirty and unkept. The parking lot was shared with another hotel. The staff were going back and fourth. We will get back to that. The room had a broken door handle that had to be turned in multiple directions to get it to work. The room had a foul smell. The bedding was stained and looked like dried blood. All the sheets and cover had multiple stains. Really disgusting. The towels were the same. The bathroom looked like a horror movie. Not sure how this had two stars. Had I not driven 14 hours straight I would have never accepted the room. But we did. Back to the front desk people working at both locations. We were trying to check out Friday and we had to wait for almost 30 minutes. The only reason someone came was because a customer knew where she was and went and got her. We were late to our tour at a cost of $180.00. So needless to say this place has a negative 3 stars. Not sure how this place is even offered. I assumed all Wyndham hotels were decent. Never again.

Breakfast was basically non existent. Packaged muffins, a gallon of mil sitting on the counter(not refrigerated) styrofoam boils supplied to make microwave oatmeal…

First room, no lock. 2nd room terrible stench. 3rd room was tolerable.

Cost

No pillow cases, dirty sheet, not kept up.

Nothing

We received no service none of the 3 days. No one cleaned our room, took out trash or brought us towels. Rang the bell at the front desk, no response . Complain about nothing for breakfast they say the manager will be here, never to see the manager! The breakfast was either cereal or packets of oatmeal. No ice, was told walk to the motel 8 for ice! With the Wyndham name I thought it would be way better than this! Actually this is the worse hotel stay ever!

They didn't have it the first morning. Donuts and pastries would be a nice addition

Smell bad room service that we did t receive on the daily we would goes days with out room service
