Great property

It was great except for the fact that only 1 light worked in the room. Did not receive confirmation for dinner reservations and all the faucets were leaking

The resort was exceptional. Beautiful from the first step inside. We were treated like valued guests and there was nothing they wouldn’t do to accommodate us. Most of the staff have been there for years and the attention they give their guests is unmatched. We loved the size and privacy of this resort. Adults only is the only way to go for couples. There are many activities to partake in, if interested. The little shops of playacar are right across the street and Playa del Carmen is a $10 cab ride. Will definitely stay again!!

Clean, quiet and relaxing

This was my 2nd time & overall I was really happy & would return. Pros: The food was much better than I remembered, no one in my party got sick. They have improved on their cocktail skills. Love that it’s a smaller, walkable resort with helpful staff & gorgeous beach access. Cons: I was annoyed that our jetted tub didn’t work. They really need to maintain their beach shade tents, they were just anchoring them with plastic, not eco friendly at all, plus it looks trashy & doesn’t work because they rip & tangle easily. The key to success & longevity of a resort is maintenance!!! Keep it up & this has the potential to be a truly luxurious resort.

It was a beautiful place, the employees were awesome and were very friendly and helpful. We met alot of wonderful people and had the best time. Beach was amazing and felt safe leaving our stuff by our chairs when enjoying the ocean, vendors werent pushy at all just tell them (no gracias) and they keep walking. Food was a hit or miss at dinner but everything was fresh and presentation was great, The AC in a couple of restaurants could have been better but wasnt unbearable. Drinks we had were pretty weak but at the end of the day we were happy we didnt over do it. Karaoke on Sundays and Wednesday nights were a blast and lasted from 9 to 11 and also enjoyed the nightly entertainment at the bar area. It was a very quiet resort with everyone being respectful and polite, we will definitely be back.

Facilities were immaculate and staff was extremely friendly

I like the view an staff was so polite an helpful. Everything stops or quite time comes at 1 a.m. there is no entertainment after that. No food. Room service stops answering phone too. In my room it was 2 sinks 1 was leaking and the other stopped up. Asked for housekeeping and couldn't get anyone for 2 days. If your a nite owl like me this usnt the resort 4 u. Drinks were limited. They didnt know how to make alot of the drinks

It is an amazing resort, food was delicious, only issues was there wasn’t a lot of shade by the big pools and if ur in buildings 21 or 22 you are kept up till at least 11pm due to the Allegro resort next door playing loud music every night, resort cannot do anything about it
