"This was a nasty bug infested experience."

Checked in and went to go get dinner when I got to my room I went to the bathroom, and when I came out there were roaches everywhere, including on my box of wings I set in the counter. I went to the front desk and told them I can’t stay here. Said there would be a refund in a few days. Just checked back and no refund. I slept in my truck that night, and continued on in the morning.

"Worst experience with a hotel and booking site in my life,"

Booking.com said a room was available and charged my credit card. I went to the hotel 10 minutes later as I booked it in a parking lot down the street. They then told me they didn’t have any rooms and that booking.com will refund my money. They said all rooms were booked because it was the day of a big football game. Booking.com and the hotel conspired to rip me off and are refusing to refund my money.

I paid for a room and there was none available and I got ripped off. Basically booking.com and the hotel stole my money and I had to drive to South Carolina to get a hotel.
