Bath wouldnt turn off they did offer me another room though

THE PRICE WAS NOT BAD, THE LOCATION WAS GOOD.

NO HOT WATER FROM SHOWER HEAD, CARPET WAS NASTY- NOT VACUUMED AND WAS WET IN SPOTS, PAINT PEELING AND FALLING OFF THE WALLS, AND SMELLED BAD.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Even though our booking clearly confirmed a non-smoking room with one King bed, at check-in we were given a completely different room – with two beds and a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The room was dirty and smelled awful, making it uncomfortable to stay there. We immediately contacted the front desk and explained the issue, but they simply said that “such rooms are not available” and offered no help. We also submitted a complaint through Booking, but the issue was never resolved, and we never received any refund. It’s very disappointing that neither the hotel nor Booking took responsibility. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting to get the room they actually booked or a clean, non-smoking environment.

When I left was the best part. Will never stay there again. Will tell everyone I know not to stay there.

I did not like the roaches crawling on the wall. My son took a picture and showed it to the attendant at the check in/ out desk and she said, I'll tell the manager. What a joke. I also didn't like the hole in the wall behind the bathroom door. The blankets had holes and stains and the room smelled like year old body odor, mold and regret.

Close to physicians.

Since we have been staying here, the water was off for a couple of days, lots of pit smoking on premises, bug infestation, ice machine broke twice within 12 months, washer and dryer has been broke since spring (it's January), people knocking on door in the middle of the night, and now the hot water is broke for 3 days now!
