The building and the rooms need renovations, you are not getting what you’re paying for. The descriptions of features for the property are out dated and misleading. We completed a normal load of washing which was 3,700 rupees which is extortionate.

Lovely room, full of charm and history. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good and the lovely gentleman who served us was wonderful each morning

The pool was not usable until our last day as the pump wasn't working but looked lovely which was a shame.

Bissau Palace Hotel Jaipur has a lot of character - a kind of faded, post-colonial charm that you notice right away. The exterior is impressive, and the lobby sets a great, atmospheric tone. But the deeper you go, the more the illusion fades. Rooms are very simple, and the hotel clearly shows signs of age and wear. Its best years are behind it. On the plus side: the beds are genuinely very comfortable. And the overall vibe — still hard to replicate.

No bar despite being listed on booking.com. Pool a bit shabby. Reception variable depending who was there,we asked for room clean nothing happened as I think language difficulties.

The heritage so beautifully preserved and this opportunity to live in it and be surrounded by the royal aura. What a grand hospitality and mesmerising wealth of memories.

Gemütliche Atmosphäre in historischem Ambiente mit wunderschönem Garten

Ein echter Palast aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, der mit wunderschönen Malereien und alter Einrichtung ausgestattet ist. Wie eine kleine Zeitreise oder ein bewohnbares Museum, welches liebevoll bewahrt und gepflegt wird. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, gutes Restaurant. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Der Pool bietet eine schöne Privatsphäre. Anwendungen, wie zum Beispiel Massage und Fußreflexzonenmassage buchbar. War prima (Diese müssen jedoch in bar bezahlt werden). Ansonsten bietet das Hotel Kartenzahlung an. Man spürt einen gewissen Stolz eines jeden Mitarbeitenden, an diesem wunderbaren Ort zu arbeiten.
