Nothing we left & went to a different hotel.

Everything. When we walked in, the girl behind the counter was arguing with a patron who was waiting for a rect. Then we checked in. The rooms were disgusting. Smelled of marajuana/cat pee. The beds had bed bug residue on them. When we told the mgr we were leaving, & asked why the rooms were that way her response was “we just acquired this property last week”. In a very nasty tone.

That the staff would give me keys knowing that the initial room was dirty. Carpets were the first thing I saw and walked out of the room because I was not going to bring my items in such poor conditions. They saw that I had a roll later walker and could care less that I needed assistance. Why would I want to walk down a long hallway when I'm in pain.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. My experience at this property was very disappointing. The room condition did not match the listing photos, the carpet and overall cleanliness were disgusting, and I discovered a LIVE BED BUGS on the pillow during my stay. I documented the issue and attempted to resolve it directly, but communication afterward was non existent. I would strongly encourage future guests to research recent reviews carefully before booking.

Ugly staircases, stains everywhere in the room, temperature control changes suddenly to higher one and lastly horrible breakfasts being served. Overall totally not satisfied for the money that is being spent.

The room as disgusting, Beds had stains, bathroom had hair in tub, behind toilet, all over, not just a little either. Staff as VERY UNFRIENDLY, called my daughter a liar. Pool was full of hair. breakfast was never filled. Sign at front desk stated. first floor right side clc people, first floor left side- local people, second floor average people some good looking people & local people king beds. 3 floor only white people only goes. asked for a call from manager NEVER got one. Easy to get to my destination.

Staff was just ok. Towels in room were dirty. Loud/rude people and could hear from room. Crack in tub/shower. One light was out. Floor was dirty.

They took a deposit since I didn't use a major credit card and they never gave it back

Carpet was nasty fire detectors hanging by wires curtains ripped screen out of windows bath tub was nasty so didn't shower
