Pleasant staff decent breakfast big room..great location.

Pool was closed, found out after I paid

Wasn't a terrible room for the money.

There were bedbugs in the sleeper sofa on the opposite room of the bedroom. Scared the hell out of me but I was able to avoid them while I stayed. They also never came and cleaned the room I stayed for 5 nights they said they cleaned every 3 but never showed. No new sheets, one towel for the length of my stay luckily I just needed the room to catch a few hours of sleep and shower so it wasn't worth complaining about for me.

So dirty. Stains everywhere. Awful smell. Mold on ceiling. It was absolutely disgusting. Stay far away!

The only thing good about this room was the air conditioning worked.

The floor was extremely dirty. The bathtub had cement in the bottom that was all cracked and would cut your feet.

The location

Everything. Our rooms heater was broken. They told us they couldn’t do nothing because we were told when we checked in and given a credit which was an absolute lie. We were never told that and never received a credit. They finally moved us to another room Saturday afternoon. The hotel is worn down. There was no cable on the outdated 32 inch tvs. Just absolutely awful.

room was quite and there was good access to both downtown and the airport close by. beds were quite comfortable. no issues with staff who were very polite.

overall hotel was well worn feeling and it could have used new linens and carpets. bathrooms were very dated and had visible repairs done. breakfast was lacking with one of the days the coffee bar only having decaf available.

Dirty and staff was really no where to be found . Homeless people sleeping in the stairwell . Room was dirty and looks like they never clean the place

Great location to festival grounds, good price for the amenities offered.

Could have been cleaner and better maintained.
